About MUN
Model United Nations, or MUN for short, is an educational program open to students who are seeking to gain a global perspective. Several of the world's international schools, including KIS, have acknowledged that Model United Nations is effective in teaching eager young minds about the era of connectivity that globalization has ushered in.
About KISMUN
KISMUN (Korean International School Model United Nations) is an MUN conference held for middle and high school students in Saigon, supervised by LDP members who attend KIS and have ample experience regarding MUN. During the past decade, KISMUN has been an opportunity for students to demonstrate debating skills and develop the ability to adapt and empathize throughout the conference. With more than 200 delegates participating in KISMUN 2025, it now stands as one of the largest MUN conferences in Vietnam.
About LDP
LDP is a student-led Model United Nations program at the Korean International School. Inheriting the educational goals of KIS (GloNaCal) and the spirit of the United Nations, we, as LDP, have the ultimate goal of helping students develop confidence and leadership skills and become leaders who shape our common future. We aim to achieve our responsibilities mainly by hosting the annual KISMUN and guiding delegates through MUN courses. Since our founding in 2013, LDP has proudly carried on this legacy for a decade.
